Core & Carry is a 6-week kettlebell program built to strengthen your posture, stability, and total-body control — using just one or two bells. Each workout blends functional strength training with loaded carries and anti-rotation work to build a core that’s not just stronger, but more capable in everyday life. You’ll move through three focused phases — control, tension, and flow — learning how to brace, breathe, and stabilize under load. Every session is 30 minutes or less, combining strength, mobility, and conditioning into one efficient system. This program is for anyone who wants to move better, feel stronger, and build a core that actually supports their training — not just looks good.
