Core & Carry is a 6-week kettlebell program built to strengthen your posture, stability, and total-body control — using just one or two bells.
Each workout blends functional strength training with loaded carries and anti-rotation work to build a core that’s not just stronger, but more capable in everyday life.
You’ll move through three focused phases — control, tension, and flow — learning how to brace, breathe, and stabilize under load. Every session is 30 minutes or less, combining strength, mobility, and conditioning into one efficient system.
